Stuga Alva 1

Alva 1 offers space for 4 people and is located on the edge of the forest around the pond.
There are two beds in the lower part and two in the loft, which can be reached via a wooden ladder. There is a terrace with table and chairs in front of each hut.
A fully equipped kitchen house (breakfast kitchen) and a sanitary house (2 showers, 2 toilets, 2 sinks and an outdoor emergency toilet).
There is a sandpit and a playhouse for small children.
The fire pit can be used if open fires are permitted. Otherwise there are two barbecues available.
The pond by which the holiday homes are situated is about 300 square metres in size.
There is a footpath around the property (approx. 1.2 km) that leads to a Viking grave.
Shopping facilities of all kinds and medical care are available in Hemse, 6 km away. The nearest beaches are 10 km away. Sufficient car parking spaces are available. Bed linen and towels can be rented for a fee. In emergencies, a laundry service can be organised on request.
Alva Cottage Village offers peace and quiet, but its location on Route 142 makes it an ideal base for exploring the island.
The price is for one cottage per night.

Check-in possible from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-out on the day of departure by 12 p.m. at the latest. The cost of final cleaning is SEK 500. Bed linen and towels can be rented for SEK 100 per person. Smoking is not allowed in the houses. Dogs are welcome.
