Summer cottage near lake in southern Sweden

I am renting out my parents' summer cottage on their behalf.

The cottage is from the 1930s and was detached out from an older family estate. The house is approximately 120 square meters and is located by a small lake in the forest, about a 20-minute drive from Ljungby in Småland. The cottage has a lake view with a private beach and fishing rights. The lake is about 100 meters away through a garden. It doesn't get noticeably deep until about 100 meters out. The bottom is muddy. There is also a public beach with sandy bottom on the other side of the lake, about a 15-minute walk away (5 minutes by car). A rowboat and canoe are available for rowing across the lake or for a tour around it.

In total, there are eight beds and a foldable extra bed distributed as follows:

Bedroom one: double bed (two sleeping spots),
Bedroom two: two bunk beds (four sleeping spots),
Bedroom three: one bunk bed (two sleeping spots).

The cottage has a toilet with a shower and an outhouse (usually not used). The cottage is situated along a gravel road leading to a small village. Along the road, about 200 meters away and beyond sight and hearing, there are four other cottages, one of which is a permanent residence. Food could be bought in Ljungby, Värnamo or Lagan. There are plenty of walking-opportunities in and around the woods and it's possible to take day-tours to Växjö, Jönköping along with Visingsö, Kalmar and Öland, Halmstad, Varberg, Ullared with Gekås, and more.

Water is from a well and may occasionally have a humus-like character (but is entirely drinkable). Heating is provided via a heat pump and electric heaters. Firewood is available in an adjacent barn, and the house has two fireplaces - one in the living room and one in the third bedroom.

We appreciate organised and quiet tenants. The cottage is an inheritance and holds significant emotional value for a large part of the family, and therefore, it is filled with personal items, vacation memories, and so on.
