Newly built mountain houses near skilift

Just a short walk from Funäsdalsberget and Kåvan guest center with 5 lifts and 16 slopes are our 4 newly built modern mountain cabins named after the mountain peaks in the area. Kåvan guest center has a restaurant, barbecue areas, slalom slope with chairlift, children's slope and Funäsdalsparken with jumps and rails. There are also cross-country trails, snowmobile trails and the cool Kåvanfallet which is well suited for ice climbing in the winter. In the immediate area are also Ramundberget, Tänndalen, Kappruet and Tännäs ski resorts so you never have to go the same piste twice if you want variety. The area also offers 610 km of snowmobile trails, 300 km of cross-country ski trails, summit hikes, fishing and so much more. In the summer there are mtb trails that you can get on outside the door. There are also downhill biking and bike parks just 20 mins drive away. (Ramundberget and Tänndalen) Or why not try a Via Ferrata up on Funäsdalsberget? Ljusnan is close by and it is nice both to walk along the watercourse and to paddle or swim there. Nice hikes are everywhere as the mountain area around Funäsdalen is large and easily accessible.

The house is located in Funäs mountain village with a view of Funäsdalsberget and several other mountains around. Floor plan is in the photos. Since the house is being built right now and should be ready by Christmas 2021, we do not have any pictures from the inside yet. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed.
