Beautiful Villa M has everything you need for a wonderful holiday, just 150 metres from one of Sweden’s finest beaches.
Villa M is located in Kyhlstrand on Österlen, between Simrishamn and Ystad. The picturesque fishing village of Skillinge is just 4.5 km away, Glimmingehus 9 km, and Copenhagen is approximately a 90-minute drive.
The spacious holiday home is 250 m² and set on a beautiful, private and secluded plot. Although you cannot see the sea from the house, it is just a short walk away, and you can enjoy the sound of the waves, the tranquillity and birdsong.
The house is thoughtfully designed and comfortably furnished in a classic Österlen style. It features a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, TV and sound system, as well as a separate family room with a pool table and TV. There is also a sofa bed.
The well-equipped kitchen includes a fan-assisted oven, microwave, hob and two dishwashers. Villa M has seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, a sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as comfortable underfloor heating.
The garden features a heated jacuzzi, available to enjoy all year round, as well as a playground, trampoline, barbecue and outdoor furniture with a sun canopy.
In Skillinge and Borrby you will find well-stocked shops, while the surrounding area offers restaurants, farm shops and everything that makes Österlen such a popular holiday destination.

Seasons and price range
During season C & D we let Villa M per night (a minimum of three nights is required) or at a discounted weekend/weekly price. During season A & B it is only possible to let Villa M by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Other seasons any day are good as swap days, except for Saturdays. Arriving time to Villa M is at the earliest 15:00 and departure at the latest 11:00. Other times after agreement.

An extra fee for power consumption of SEK 2,07/kWh will be applied. Final cleaning before departure is available to order for a fee of SEK 1,800. Bed linen and towels available for SEK 125/set.
