Fantastic views of Lake Åresjön and Mount Renfjället, set in a rural idyll with authentic local architecture.
A 10-minute drive to Åre and 5 minutes to Åre Björnen.
The bus stop is 50 meters from the house.
Buses run to Åre, Duved, Järpen, Undersåker, and other destinations; you can travel using your ski pass.
If arriving by train, you can disembark at Undersåker (4 km away) or Åre station (7 km away) and take a taxi.
Recommended skiing for families with children: Åre Björnen – very close by car or bus. Cross-country trails are also available here. Rödkullen – an excellent activity area for the youngest children, featuring a warming hut and a restaurant. Trillevallen/Undersåker – a pleasant, small-scale ski area with fewer crowds and lower prices. It offers both downhill slopes and cross-country trails. Edsåsdalen (towards Undersåker) also offers great cross-country and ski touring opportunities. A trip up Renfjället is highly recommended.
During the sports holiday weeks (weeks 7, 8, 9, and 10), we prefer rentals to run from Saturday to Saturday, as cleaning takes place on Saturdays. We hope you enjoy your stay and take good care of our property while you are here. Upon check-out, we would be very grateful if you could:
* Dispose of your trash in the bin behind the garage.
* Empty the fridge and freezer.
* Remove the bed linens and place them—along with any borrowed towels—on the floor in the laundry room.
* Load the dishwasher and start it.
We do not accept groups under the age of 25. Guests must be able to provide valid identification.
