Cottage in a holiday home area, approx. 400 m from the beach. Upper floor with a double bed (part of the upper floor is reserved for private storage); the ground floor features a kitchen, dining area, TV room, a bedroom with a sofa bed, as well as a toilet and shower. Newly renovated guest cabin with a double bed located right next to the main cottage. Glazed-in patio. Large garden; access to a charcoal grill. Close to the town center. During the summer, the area offers mini-golf, a restaurant, boules, and a golf course. Close to excellent hiking trails and Halmstad town center. A small dog is permitted but is not allowed on the sofas or on the upper floor. Contact the landlord for booking inquiries; rented on a weekly basis with Sundays as the changeover day, or by agreement.
