Welcome to Saxen Lake House – a private lakeside paradise in Bergslagen with space for up to 13 guests. Enjoy lake views, your own private jetty, a wood-fired sauna, outdoor kitchen, 380 sqm wooden deck, and magical sunsets. The main house and guest house offer plenty of space for families and friends. Kayaks, a boat, and a SUP board are available for use.

Welcome to a nature-filled oasis in Bergslagen – perfect for relaxation, adventure, and togetherness. You will stay in a newly built main house with space for the whole family, complemented by a cozy guest house and generous social areas both indoors and outdoors.

🔑 Guest Access

You have exclusive access to the entire main house, guest house, sauna with lake view, and storage area. The terrace, outdoor kitchen, and all communal spaces are entirely yours to enjoy during your stay.

ℹ️ Good to Know

Please bring your own bed linens, towels, and toiletries. Bed linens and towels can be rented for 25 euros per person if desired – please notify us in advance.

The water comes from a private well with good quality and is safe to drink. It is tested and analyzed annually.

There are toys available for children aged 3–6 years. The pantry is partially stocked and guests are welcome to use what they need.

Safety equipment is provided: 1 fire extinguisher and 1 fire blanket.

⚖️ Responsibility & Rules

We kindly ask you to treat the cabin with care. The guest is responsible for any damage to the property or furnishings caused by negligence, whether by themselves or their group. Please follow all house rules and instructions on site.

🔒 Safety

There are 2 outdoor security cameras: one facing the conservatory and one on the side of the sauna, aimed at the entrance for burglary protection. Additionally, there is a Verisure camera in the living room that only activates if the alarm system is triggered.
