Additionally, there is a municipal water station in Gotland located 5 km away (a 20-liter canister is provided in the house).
The cottage is fully equipped with everything needed for daily living.
It is situated halfway along a dead-end gravel road, approximately 2.8 km from the beach.
The surrounding area is very quiet.
The nearest towns are Hemse and Klintehamn.
