The house is a former forest worker's residence built in 1948. The living space is approximately 140 m2 distributed over 3 floors. The house has a good standard, with water and sewage, lye heat pump/AC for heating/cooling and electric radiators, underfloor heating (bathroom) and a wood stove.
We have carefully renovated and decorated since we took over in 2020.
• The entrance level consists of a hall, toilet, living room, kitchen with dining area and a large bedroom ("master bedroom"). All rooms have renovated surfaces, board floors that we sanded and surface-treated.
• Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. There is also a 80 x 160 cot that can be removed if needed. Upstairs there is wallpaper and linoleum flooring from the 1970s left. A bit motley, but we think it's cozy.
• In the basement (which has windows) is the house's bathroom (15 m2) with a bathtub, shower corner, washbasin, washing machine, and underfloor heating. Light candles, pour a bubble bath and enjoy - basically a spa..
• In the basement there is also a ping pong table and a music room.
The kitchen has been newly renovated with new appliances, countertops and refurbished original cabinets. Induction hob 80 cm, oven with various functions including hot air, generous work surfaces on oak boards, refrigerator 180 cm. Plenty of utensils, cutlery, glasses and porcelain. The dining area is for six people, but can be expanded with an extension table. Here you will have delicious meals!
