The house
The ground floor has an open-plan layout with kitchen, dining area, living room and TV corner. The kitchen is modern with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The upper floor has two bedrooms, both with double beds. One of the bedrooms also has a sofa bed.
At the back of the house is a detached garden room with a 140cm bed and glass doors opening onto the garden – works well as a self-contained sleeping space for 1–2 people.
Sleeping arrangements: 2+2 double beds, 1 single bed in the garden room, sofa bed. 6 places in total.
Outdoors
250 sqm garden, private and sheltered at the rear, with a deck, furnished outdoor dining area and barbecue. At the front, an additional seating area with evening sun and sea views. Carport/parking for 2 cars. A well-equipped playground is located just behind the house.

Höganäs town centre with Lidl, Systembolaget (state alcohol retailer), pharmacy and other services approx. 500 metres. ICA Kvantum supermarket and Kakboden bakery approx. 1.2 km.
Höganäs
Kvickbadet, with its sandy beach and pier, is approx. 100 metres to the north. Just beyond lies Höganäs harbour with restaurants, a playground, outdoor gym, mini golf, ice cream kiosk and more. Nearby are the Salthallarna with Höganäs Brewery, Garage Bar and other restaurants and shops. Handelsplats Bruket – an outlet shopping area with Iittala, Fiskars, Orrefors, Lager 157 and others – is a few hundred metres further north.
Kullahalvön and surroundings
Kullaberg nature reserve offers hiking trails, swimming from the rocks, kayaking, climbing and the Naturrum visitor centre at Kullen lighthouse. The old railway track along the coast is now a cycle path running north all the way there. Along the peninsula you'll find the fishing village of Mölle with its harbour and restaurants, Arild, and Krapperup Castle with its gardens. At Skäret, between Arild and Jonstorp, lies Flickorna Lundgren – a garden café in operation since 1938. Several golf courses are within 15 km.
Helsingborg is 20 minutes by car. From there, a 15-minute ferry crossing takes you to Helsingør in Denmark, from where Louisiana museum in Humlebæk is a short train ride away. In the other direction along the coast lie Ängelholm, Båstad and Torekov. Söderåsen national park and the cities of Malmö and Copenhagen both make good day trips.
