Located right next to both a private dock, a shallow child-friendly beach, and a small bay belonging to the property. Carefully renovated by an interior designer to preserve the charm and character of the original 1930s home. The property offers a large garden with spacious lawns for play, a generous terrace for seaside dinners, and close proximity to beautiful walking trails in nature. A setting created for long summer days, social gatherings, and relaxing moments by the sea.

The villa has been fully renovated and features a brand-new kitchen and bathrooms, inviting social spaces with a new TV, and four beautiful bedrooms designed for rest and recovery. Great attention has been paid to light, materials, and details, creating an atmosphere that feels both exclusive and relaxed. All bedrooms are furnished with brand-new premium continental beds with 7-zone comfort for an exceptional night’s sleep.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room with sea-facing windows, a 55” smart TV, sofa, and armchairs – a natural gathering place for relaxation and socializing.

A private electric vehicle charger is available at the house for an additional fee of SEK 995 per week per vehicle.

Eriksberg, Bokenäs
Villa Erik is located in Eriksberg in Bokenäs – a peaceful, picturesque, and scenic coastal area on Sweden’s west coast, right by the sea. The villa sits on a waterfront property, and every sea-facing window offers beautiful ocean views. Here you can enjoy sunshine from morning until sunset. Villa Erik is surrounded by swimming spots, cliffs, archipelago scenery, and scenic walking paths. From the house it is only about a 3-minute walk to the nearest swimming dock and approximately 5 minutes to a child-friendly beach and pier – perfect for both early morning swims and relaxed summer days with the family.

The area is also home to two excellent restaurants, Västersalt and Esters Sjöbod. There is also a lovely seaside sauna available, which can be privately booked. For additional relaxation, you can enjoy a day spa at Bokenäs Hotell & Konferens, located approximately a 10-minute bike ride from Villa Erik.

Rotans Livs is the closest grocery store and offers most essentials – from groceries to clothing, toys, and holiday necessities.

About 20 minutes away is Torp Shopping Center, one of western Sweden’s largest shopping centers with over 100 stores, cafés, and restaurants.

Things to See & Do on Sweden’s West Coast
The area offers an authentic Swedish west coast experience with salty swims, crab fishing, hiking, and excursions along the Bohuslän coastline, while also providing access to city life with restaurants, shopping, concerts, and culture.

Kalvön Nature Reserve is only 10 minutes away by bike and approximately 25 minutes on foot from Villa Erik, offering beautiful hiking trails and coastal scenery.

Uddevalla is located around 30 minutes away and offers year-round activities, charming cafés, restaurants, shopping, and the popular seaside promenade along the Byfjord. During summer, concerts and events are often arranged in the town center and harbor.

Approximately 20 minutes away lies Hafsten Resort, a popular destination with activities for both children and adults including pools with water slides, high ropes courses, zipline, mini golf, paddle tennis, tennis courts, and kayak and SUP rentals.

Via the ferry at Skår Ferry Terminal you can easily and free of charge cross over to Lysekil, Finnsbo, and the Gullmarn Fjord area, providing access to some of Bohuslän’s most appreciated excursion destinations.

Only a 15-minute drive from Villa Erik is Fiskebäckskil – a charming west coast village known for its narrow lanes, captain’s villas, blooming gardens, and picturesque harbor. Further west on Skaftö lies Grundsund, a historic fishing village with a genuine archipelago atmosphere.

For adventurous guests, kayaks can be rented to paddle out to Bassholmen from Kärlingesund, approximately 15 minutes away by car. Bassholmen is a small idyllic island nature reserve with hiking trails, barbecue areas, birdlife, and grazing cows along the shoreline.

About one hour away is Nordic Watercolour Museum in Skärhamn on Tjörn – a lively fishing village known for its award-winning architecture, restaurants, and guest harbor.

Gothenburg is located approximately 1.5 hours away and is Sweden’s second-largest city, often referred to as “Little London.” Here you will find everything from the famous Liseberg amusement park to museums and Feskekôrka, renowned for fresh fish and seafood.
