We are renting out our beautiful summer house in the Söderhamn archipelago – a modern, waterfront home built in 2019, located on a small island in a sheltered bay. Here you stay close to the sea, surrounded by a peaceful and scenic archipelago setting with sunny southern exposure and lovely views of the water. The drive from Stockholm takes about 2.5 hours.

A private jetty is located directly next to the house, ideal for morning swims, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water. A small aluminum boat with a 9.9 hp outboard motor is included and is used to reach the island. The boat ride from the parking area takes less than ten minutes and is easy even for beginners.

The house features two bedrooms, an open sleeping loft, and an additional two beds in a small guest cabin. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and the bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, and municipal water and sewage. Naturally, the house also has fiber‑optic internet for a stable connection.

The property offers plenty of space for both relaxation and activities: a wood‑fired hot tub, a large trampoline, a gas grill, and generous outdoor areas for play and socializing. Everything is set in a charming archipelago environment.

Nearby, you’ll find hiking trails, a beautiful 18‑hole golf course, and shops and services in town, located less than 7 km away by car.

The shallow sandy beach is located across the bay, about five minutes away by boat, and offers lovely evening sun.
