Terraced house located in Tuve, right next to a bus stop (Line 17) with only a 25-minute commute to the city center. The bus runs frequently throughout most of the day. Two grocery stores and a bakery are within walking distance. The property is also close to Hisingsparken and Tuvevallen.
The upper floor features two bedrooms: one with a double bed (180 cm continental bed) and a smaller bedroom with 1–2 single beds, depending on the size of your group. The basement level offers sleeping arrangements for up to two people in a shared room, featuring a sofa bed (single) and space for an additional extra bed (basic model). The separate floors make it possible for larger groups to stay together while maintaining private sleeping areas. A crib and high chair can also be provided upon request.
On the entrance level, you are welcomed by an open-plan layout with a large kitchen and a dining area seating 6–8 people. There are two bathrooms, both equipped with showers; one also includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. The basement houses a small home gym. At the back of the house, there is a large patio with outdoor furniture.
Wifi and one parking space are included. If additional parking is needed, there are spaces available in the area.
We can provide bed linens and towels for 100 SEK per person – these must be booked one week in advance.
Cleaning is to be completed by the guest before departure.
