Our house enjoys a front-row position by the sea, with stunning views over Skälderviken, less than a 2-minute walk to a swimming area and an adjacent pool.
Living area: 200 m² (main house + guest house).
Comfortably accommodates 3–4 families without feeling crowded.
There are two to four “family units”, each consisting of a master bedroom (double bed) and an adjoining smaller room with bunk beds.
Depending on the configuration you choose, the property can accommodate up to 16–17 guests (8 bedrooms).

Parking: Private parking with 2 EV charging stations

There is a shared kitchen with a charming 1960s character, a combined dining and living room, one veranda facing the garden and another facing the sea.
In addition, there is a small “cinema lounge” with spectacular sea views, as well as a second, smaller lounge upstairs with a balcony—also offering beautiful views over Skälderviken.
The house includes:
Two bathrooms with shower and toilet
One bathroom with bathtub, toilet, and washer/dryer
Two bathrooms are equipped with wall-mounted foldable changing tables
Other amenities include a piano, full Wi-Fi coverage, and private parking for two cars with two EV chargers (charging cost not included).
Note: In the 8-person configuration, one shower room is not available.
