Beautiful Swedish summer house in Farhult, Höganäs county. The house is approx 100 m2 and has a large outdoor decking, bbq and outdoor shower. The garden is mainly lawn - perfect for outdoor games. Theres also a large trampoline for the kids. The plot is very private and quiet.

Youre just 350 m to the sea and its a lovely sandy beach with shallow water - great for young kids as very safe. Youre also very close to the nature reserve walks (300 m) which lead to Kullaberg ().

The summer house has a new kitchen with all youd need including a dishwasher, full oven and induction hob. The main room is open plan with dining area, sofas 2 and a log burner for cosy nights in.

There are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and ensuite. One with a bunk bed and one with two singles. Theres a family bathroom with a shower. There is a utility room and a washing machine plus dryer.

We do have 4 adult bikes and 2 kids bikes available for the many cycle paths in the area.

Theres plenty to do in the local area - horse activities, many golf course, shopping (Höganäs Outlet, Väla Helsingborg). Obviously great bathing is on your doorstep with the sandy beach and low-level sea. They anchor a few platforms out in the summer to dive off too.

Please bring your own sheets and towels. The summer house is rented on a leave it as you found it basis. Final cleaning is included in the price. The house is kept pet and smoke free.
