Idyllic farmhouse with a unique location by the lake. The accommodation and also the swim- and boat areara are secluded. A summer paradise surrounded by the farm's meadows that slope down to the lake. Fantastic view over Hörendesjön.
Here, the large family or multiple families have space. Secluded and undisturbed location. Relax and enjoy the tranquility. Only the common loon can be heard from the lake.
Take the small path down the meadow to the lake. Perfect for swimming, fishing, and lake life; there is a canoe and rowboat available to borrow.
Light the fireplace when you gather in the dining room, which accommodates many at the table, or enjoy peace and socializing on the adjoining patio with space for many.
The house is old-fashioned, charming, and unique, clean and well-functioning. If you want to bring a dog, that's great – but no cats.

- 15 min to the World Heritage Engelsberg and Sweden's oldest preserved oil refinery Oljeön, a sculpture park where, among others, the artist Lars Vilks has installed a work of art in the form of a wooden hut. Trolls, seals and figures in the sculpture park are usually appreciated by all ages.
- 20 min to Norberg and Elsa Anderssons - the historic pastry shop that burned down and was rebuilt.
It is also close to "Fiket i Färnbo" in Västerfärnebo which has local ingredients and gelato.
Another nearby excursion is to Hälleskogsbrännan where you can see how nature is recovering after the big forest fire that raged in 2014.
Fishing: Hörendesjön is 30 m deep and has an area of 6.17 km2 and a 22 km long shoreline. Several islands. PFAS sampling has been taken which shows very low levels. Free fishing for children and young people up to and including 16 years. Adults must purchase a fishing license. The lake contains Bream, Perch, Pike, Zander, Tench
