Welcome to this unique early 20th-century villa (built in 1912) offering approximately 176 sqm of living space, a private waterfront location, and its own dock in Kvicksund.
The house features generous social areas, beautiful original details, and traditional Swedish tiled stoves that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and everything you may need during your stay — and more. If anything is missing, we are happy to assist.

A charcoal grill is available to borrow. Guests are responsible for bringing their own charcoal and accessories.
A railway line runs adjacent to the property, and trains pass daily. When trains pass, noise may be experienced briefly. The trains travel at low speed through the area. If you are particularly sensitive to noise, please take this into consideration before booking.
Access to the dock requires crossing the railway tracks.
