There is a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, TV and an extra bed if needed, as well as a fresh bathroom with shower.

The accommodation is located in a quiet and natural area, just a few minutes from the center of Halmstad with its rich selection of shopping, restaurants and culture. You can walk along Nissan, visit Norre Katts Park, Halland Art Museum or the historic castle.

For golf enthusiasts, Halmstad golf course is only 4 km away, and just as close you can reach Tylösand's famous sandy beaches.

Only 600 meters from the house there is also a charming small beach with a pier - perfect for a morning swim or evening swim.

One of the area's gems is the beautiful walking trail that stretches along the coast. Here you can enjoy magnificent views, fresh sea air and lovely paths - ideal for both relaxing walks and longer hikes.
