The cottage is located by itself with a beautiful view and has a lovely large garden. It is close to saltwater swimming. The plot consists of a lawn suitable for ball games, games and socializing. On the large terrace you can sit and enjoy coffee or barbecue. The terrace faces west and you can sit on nice summer days and watch the sunset.

There are opportunities for different activities and excursion destinations for all different interests and weather, such as:

- Here you have access to swimming. There are two swimming areas within 400 mts. There are also other bays nearby for saltwater swimming.

- Restaurant Lilla Varvet. One kilometre to the Ängö ferry across to Dragsmark. There is also a kiosk "Rosa kiosken", where you can enjoy an ice cream.
- Restaurant Flinks handelsbod. Popular summer café and restaurant with popular music evenings.
- Lovely walks along roads and paths.

Within less than an hour's drive you can get to
- Idyllic Grundsund, Fiskebäckskil, Mollösund, Hälleviksstrand with guest harbours, cafes and summer shopping.
- Ferry to beautiful Gullholmen and idyllic Käringön
- Ellös with a golf course right by the Malö streams.

Good to know about the accommodation.
• The house must be left in a good clean condition, garbage is thrown away, and dishes are put away.
• Bed linen and towels are not included.
• Blankets and pillows are provided
• Electricity is included in the rent, charging electric cars is not allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited.
• Pets are allowed.
• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.
