Villa Ragunda

Welcome to Villa Ragunda, where deer and moose roam the garden in winter and birdsong can be heard from the bedroom window in spring and summer. A beautiful holiday home with a fantastic location on the outskirts of Hammarstrand, where you can relax on a bench in the sun and experience the peace and quiet of nature. In winter, the ski slope with lift is just five minutes away for wonderful skiing.

This cozy 60 m² holiday home is located in a rural setting and can accommodate 4-6 people. It is available for rent all year round.
The house consists of two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a sofa bed for two people. The house has a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with all amenities, including a combined microwave, fan, induction hob with 4 burners, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, pots, crockery, cutlery, mugs and glasses. The cozy living room has a comfortable sofa, a dining table with chairs, a TV, air conditioning and a wood stove. There is a separate toilet and a separate shower room with a shower and sink. A coin-operated washing machine is located in the shower room; however, as we use a septic tank, you can just purchase a coin and the correct detergent from the landlord for a small fee of 75 SEK.
There is free Wi-Fi and free private parking.

You have a private parking space and a spacious garden with comfortable chairs and a table overlooking the mountain with the letters "Hammarstrand". Barbecue facilities are also available.
Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome with us. Dogs are included in the price. Two dogs are welcome; if you have more dogs, this can be discussed in consultation. We have a fenced garden surrounding the holiday home. The fencing is 1.20 meters high.
