Hi, this is the 4th year that we have been renting out our house, where we live permanently. References are available.
So this summer we are going to start renting out here via husknuten, I heard that it is so good for both the renter and the renter. I have previously rented out in other ways.
We live in the house we rent out all year round, except for weeks 27 - 33, when we live in our holiday home, among other things.

The house is 180 m2, with four bedrooms with space for 2 people in each. Two rooms have a double bed, one has a very good sofa bed and the last one has two single beds.
The largest room can easily accommodate a cot, which we have if you want to borrow you can fit a mattress on the floor if you remove the cot, it works even if it is standing, but it will be a little tighter.
The room with the sofa bed is perfect for children as it is our grandchildren's room, there are toys and other things there. There is a playhouse in the garden, with a slide, wheelbarrow, tricycle, bandy goal and clubs etc.
Then we have the second room with a double bed, which is smaller. But you can probably fit a cot in there if you push the big bed against the wall.
And the room with two single beds has a desk.
All rooms have 2 wardrobes, one with shelves and the other for clothes on hangers.
If you want, you can borrow bed linen and towels to use at home. You can bring your own beach towels.
In the main entrance, the laundry room is in the room next door.
We have a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sauna.
From the bathroom you can go out to the terrace, it's nice to have that door open when you're in the sauna.
On the other side of the corridor is the "fine entrance" which we rarely use, there is another toilet and you can go out into the garden at the front.
Then we have the kitchen, where we have the usual equipment that we think a kitchen needs. There is plenty of space for your groceries. The kitchen is open to the dining area that easily seats 10 people, there are also highchairs for children.
Then the living room appears, with the TV, the stove, a large sofa with two comfortable armchairs with footstools.
It is like an open plan with kitchen, dining area and living room. From the living room you go straight out to the glass veranda, also here a table that you can put a tabletop in.
We have a sofa bed here, which is nice to lie down and relax in. A small table for two too.
Then we go again, if you continue straight from the hall through the living room you come to the largest room with a double bed, where you can set up a cot and put a mattress on the floor. I wrote more about this at the beginning of the text. Here too there is good storage for clothes.
You have to go through this room, to get to the children's room as we call it.
As the layout provides two "own" parts, it is suitable for families with children.
Large parking for 4-5 cars.
Large garden that overlooks the forest at the back, with lovely walking paths.
In summer, the bus runs more frequently to and from Ljugarn, while in winter there are only two buses via Roma to Visby and one back.
We have two bicycles that you can borrow, otherwise there was one here in Ljugarn last summer that was rented out.
We have cafes and restaurants here in Ljugarn.
Dogs are welcome and other animals if needed. However, NO cats, as we have allergies to that in the family.
There is a gas station here that you can also order from Systembolaget, a Coop, a very popular flea market on Saturdays, behind the gas station. That was a little of what Ljugarn offers... as well as the Folhammar rauk area and paddle court and outdoor gym. There is a golf course a maximum of ten minutes by car from us.
Cleaning of the house is done by you. If you want to hire a cleaning company, give me a shout and I will help you with that contact.
