Stone house in southern Gotland

We rent a modern stone house with sleeping space for 6 people. The house is 62 square meters large with large old barred windows, 3 m high ceilings and beautiful floors; Gotland limestone and wood. The house is secluded in the beautiful Grötlingbo on southern Gotland 80 km from Visby, 3 km to the bus stop at Grötlingbo church. The plot is just over 5500 square meters with deciduous trees; oak and hazel, between meadows and fields in a vibrant countryside.

Two bedrooms, one with two beds/double bed and one with two 80 cm beds. Living room with combined kitchen and comfortable 160 cm sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom with shower, water toilet and washing machine. Internet via fiber 1000/1000 Mb/s is included.
In the living room/kitchen there is an old soapstone stove.

It is about 15 km to the grocery store in Hemse or Burgsvik and 2.5 km to Fluntinge fishing village with swimming and 3 km to the medieval farm Kattlunds from the 13th century. It is 5 km to Grötlingboudd nature reserve. There is a bus stop at Grötlingbo church which is about 2 km away. Burgsvik, 15 km south, has developed into an entertainment center with restaurants, pub, cinema, sea sauna, etc.
For those with electric cars, there are two charging stations in Burgsvik (11-50kW, Vattenfall), and in Hemse there are four charging stations (11-50kW, Vattenfall), (22kW, Virta).

Non-smoking and pet-free.
Unfortunately, pets cannot come with you due to allergies.

Bring sheets and towels.

Change takes place on Sundays. You can use the house from 3 pm on Sunday when you arrive, and leave at 12 pm when you leave.

The tenant cleans.
