Newly renovated mountain house with sauna, wood-burning stove, 55” TV in an optimal location for summer and winter activities. Located approximately 830 meters above sea level, south facing with fantastic panoramic views of the mountains.
Direct access to lighted trails, hiking trails, MTB, snowmobile trails and Northern Europe's longest ski trail system . Two waffle huts within 3 km on the mountain. Tänndalen/Hamrafjäll's 52 ski slopes can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes.
The mountain cabin was built in 2010, renovated in 2025 and has 100 square meters of living space on the ground floor and about 20 square meters of loft upstairs including a desk. The house has three bedrooms and a sleeping loft with a total of 8 beds. The living room has high ceilings with a magical view and a wonderfully warming soapstone stove. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The kitchen also has a dining table with 6 chairs and the possibility of expanding with two armchairs. The bathroom is spacious with both a sauna and a washing machine and dryer. In addition to this, there is also a small toilet room. All rooms on the ground floor are equipped with water-borne underfloor heating, most with individual control from each room.
During the winter season from Christmas week to the last week of April, weekly bookings apply with changeover on Saturdays. Other times, free day of arrival and minimum 2-night booking.
Guests normally clean themselves and bring their own bed linen/towels, but if desired, this can be ordered as a separate service. More about this in the welcome letter that you receive when you book.
Preliminary, from 2025-12-19 it will be possible to charge your electric car with Swish payment directly adjacent to the cottage's garage.
