The holiday home is beautifully situated about 70 m from Lake Varpen, which is part of the Ljusnan River, 10 km outside Bollnäs. Balcony and extra terrace in sunny south-facing position. 10 km to ica shop.
The cottage contains Toilet with washbasin, separate shower room. Kitchen, living room with glass doors to the water. 2 bedrooms. Large balcony with lawn in front of the cottage and a footpath to the water/bath.
Sauna with large glass window facing the lake, however extra cost when using. Storage shed is available, but not included in rental. Plastic kettle is available by the lake and is included.
