Modern lakeside villa

Welcome to this modern villa located on its own lakeside property. The villa is situated in northern Skåne, just outside Skånes Fagerhult in the south of Sweden, surrounded by beautiful nature. Inside, you are greeted by a wonderful sense of space and tasteful interior design. The house features a total of three bedrooms and a large sleeping loft.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a fullsize refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and induction cooktop, and meals can be enjoyed just one step down at the stunning dining area with direct views of the lake. The house has a spacious bathroom fitted with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Choose between a refreshing shower or a relaxing bath in the fully tiled bathroom.

Enjoy the breathtaking view from the large terrace.

Feel free to use the rowing boat for a lovely trip around the lake (life jackets in various sizes are available)


Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (180 cm). Large sliding-door wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (90 cm) placed together but can be separated. Wardrobe available.

Bedroom 3: 1 single bed (90 cm), adjustable head and foot sections. Wardrobe and desk available.

Sleeping loft: Open loft area with steep stairs. 2 single beds (90 cm) placed together but can be separated



Smoking is prohibited both indoors and on the property.

Pets are not allowed.

Maximum number of overnight guests: 5 people.


WiFi is available, but the quality/speed may vary.
