Welcome to a large and completely newly built accommodation situated high on top of Osterlen with only open fields in every direction. It is located about 5 km west of Simrishamn between Gladsax and Järrestad.
The accommodation is located in a completely rebuilt lodge and has room for a total of 10 persons. Here you will find:
A double room with a double bed and space for two persons.
A multi-bed room with two bunk beds and space for 4 persons.
A large family room with two single beds and a convertible day bed and space for 4 persons.
A kitchen of about 35 m2 with a stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and a table for 10 persons.
A large living room of about 40 m2 with TV.
A large bathroom with WC/shower.

From the living room you can go out onto a large terrace facing west towards the beautiful sunsets of Osterlen.
The location is high and open with fields in all directions. From the plot you can spot the sea.

The property also has an electric car charger for an extra fee.

The house can accommodate, for example, two families at the same time. During weeks 28 and 30, you can also rent the main cottage when the host couple is not there. The main cottage is also quite precisely 150 square meters with two bathrooms. It has 6 beds.

A little about the location:
From the house you can easily get to Simrishamn with beaches, shops and restaurants either by bike (cycle path) or car. There are also buses. From the plot you have a fantastic view for miles. The location is very private with the nearest neighbor about 200 meters away.
