Idyllic summer residence in the charming small town of Nora (Bröstorp) (in the heart of Bergslagen), only 20 minutes north of Örebro.
Here you will find a very nice and well-maintained holiday home in a quiet and scenic area.

• 70 sqm
• 3 rooms and kitchen
• Sleeping places: Two bedrooms – one with two single beds, one with bunk beds
• Living room: Cozy with two sofas, fireplace, and dining area
• Kitchen: Fully equipped
• Shower room
• Outdoor environment: Two terraces, one of which is covered, and a trampoline
• Plot: Large lawn, blueberry bushes, and lake view

The house is secluded at the end of a road with only two neighbors – perfect for those seeking peace and quiet.
The surroundings consist of open fields, farms, and farmhouses.

Swimming and nature The area offers beautiful walking paths and a well-maintained swimming area with a jetty, ladder, and stairs down to the water – excellent for both children and adults. The water in Norasjön is usually significantly warmer than in the sea, making it extra pleasant during the summer.

Nora – a historic summer idyll Nora is one of Bergslagen's most beloved small towns, known for its colorful wooden houses, narrow cobblestone alleys, and proximity to the sparkling Norasjön. The town's charm has been preserved through several successful conservation projects and has, among other things, been awarded the Europa Nostra prize in 1993. Here you can enjoy: • Walks in a picturesque environment • Local cafes and restaurants – from gourmet places to pizzerias • The famous Noraglass – a new flavor every day • Sweden's oldest preserved railway – take a vintage train to Pershyttan and visit a cozy coffee cottage.

And yes, you might recognize the song: "Three little old ladies were going out for a walk, to the market in Nooora..."
