The Green Gooseberry Lodge:
The house was completed in 2024 and has 90 m² of living space. It can accommodate six guests in three bedrooms with comfortable twin beds/double beds. Two of the bedrooms are located on the eastern side of the ground floor, and the third on the upper floor. On the ground floor, towards the west, the open-plan layout with the kitchen, dining area, and living room forms one large common room. Here, the house feels spacious with full ceiling height up to the ridge. The northern part of the house contains a hallway and a nice bathroom with a double sink and a washing machine. On the upper floor, there is a smaller common area above the staircase. Some of the original charm of the house remains, not least the old wooden beams in the ceilings. To the west, the house's wall has been opened up with a wide folding door, providing a great view and allowing fantastic natural light.

Outside, there is a newly built terrace that transitions into a lovely lawn.

The Green Gooseberry Lodge and the White Gooseberry Lodge can be rented together. They are connected under the same roof by a hallway that makes it easy to move between the houses. The maximum number of guests is then 6 + 8, for a total of 14 guests.
There is one parking space for both houses at the entrance from Buskerödsvägen 142, with the possibility to charge electric cars at a charging station.

Good to know:
Book a minimum of two nights during the low season and weekly during the high season (changeover day Saturdays).
A deposit of 2,000 SEK is paid upon arrival and will be refunded when the final cleaning is completed and the keys are returned to the host.
Our rentals are based on self-catering in furnished accommodation. Guests are responsible for their own final cleaning, which includes electricity, internet, heating, and waste disposal. Cleaning can be purchased during our low season!
The accommodation normally includes kitchen towels, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, and cleaning supplies.
Guests are asked to bring their own bed linens and towels, but these are also available for rent.

The gooseberry farm with a large plot is charmingly situated by Buskerödsvägen in a very peaceful location in Kullabygden, 100 m from and adjacent to Lyckås Farm (where we ourselves live and since 2002 have rented out guest accommodations of the type Stay on a Farm with self-catering). The farm is unique in Kullabygden as a place that rents out guest accommodations, as it is still a working farm with sheep, rabbits, and cats – definitely worth visiting for the children – and organic farming is practiced on the surrounding fields. Sustainability is close to our hearts, with wind-generated electricity and our own solar power system providing energy and heating. The farm is located in a beautiful flat countryside with short distances to Höganäs (5 km) and Viken (3 km), with their lovely beaches, and to Kullaberg (20 km) with its fantastic nature. It is close to most places, just 20 km to Kullaberg and Helsingborg.

From the north - If you are coming on the E4 / E6 from the north, it is best to take the exit toward Höganäs, road 112. About 1 km after the town of Jonstorp, turn left toward Ingelsträde. You then follow the road over a junction and reach a Y-intersection in the small village of Hustofta. Keep left and shortly after, you will find a side road on the left called Buskerödsvägen. Follow this village road for about 1500 m and then Lyckås Farm is on the right side at the meeting place.
From the south - If you are coming from Helsingborg, drive north on road 111 toward Höganäs. After the roundabout just before Viken, continue toward Höganäs for another approximately 3 km until you see the sign for Jonstorp. Turn right here and drive about 700 m before turning right again toward Ingelsträde (Brandstorpsvägen). After about 800 m, turn left onto Buskerödsvägen. After about 350 m, Lyckås Farm is on the left.
