Our house is located in the lower part near the city center in the wonderful town of Höganäs, which is a central location on the Kulla Peninsula. The house is about 400 meters from the town center and about 500 meters from the sea/Kvickbadet.
First Floor:
On the entrance level, there is a hallway, WC, living room, and kitchen. The floors have been newly sanded, the walls freshly painted, and the hallway with staircase newly renovated. The WC has not yet been renovated and is therefore of lower standard – see photo. The kitchen is also not yet renovated but is cozy and has good space.
The kitchen is equipped with utensils, stove/oven, and a combined fridge/freezer (the freezer is smaller). There is no microwave.
Second Floor:
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Bedroom 1 is large and has a double bed (180 cm), a wardrobe and dressers, a TV corner with a sofa and TV.
Bedroom 2 is smaller and accommodates 2 single beds (90 cm each) and a desk.
The bathroom is newly built and includes a toilet, sink, and shower.
Basement:
The basement includes a laundry room, guest WC, storage, and one extra bedroom with a double bed (180 cm) and an armchair that can be pulled out into a bed. The basement can be accessed via a narrow staircase from the kitchen or from the garden at the back.
Other:
In the garden, there is a small greenhouse with a grapevine in the ceiling. There is a table and 4 wicker chairs.
In the back garden, there is an oval trampoline – unfortunately, we don’t have any pictures of that area.
There is a dining set in the garden with a table and 6 chairs.
Bikes are available to borrow: 3 adult bikes and 2 children’s bikes (20-inch and 16-inch). Höganäs is great for getting around by bike. You can quickly get down to the water for a morning dip or a swim by the pier.
Within a few minutes, you’re down at Kvickbadet, the beach, and the harbor. Feel free to Google for images!
It’s a short walk up to road 111 and the bus stop. The bus can take you along the coast, for example to Helsingborg.
Warm welcome!
