A really cozy and newly renovated house with a good standard. The house is located in a very beautiful rural area close to the sea, swimming, fishing, cycling and hiking. Close to Timmernabben with the popular fish restaurant Nabbens Rökeri, next door to Pataholm and its summer café and art exhibitions. The property is located along the "Mönsterås coastal road" which is a tourist-marked stretch along the beautiful Kalmar Strait.
