Walking distance to the village's restaurants & shops.

About 1500 m to the nearest lift (Tottliften).
About 1000 m to the grocery store, bakery & ski bus.
It’s easy to get a taxi. Costs about 100 SEK both to the slope & the square.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦Suitable for 1-2 families or quiet groups (over 25 years). Parties/events are not allowed!
🐶Dogs are welcome

ACCOMMODATION

120 sq m with a ceiling height of 4.5 m. Large windows with fantastic views of lake Åre & Renfjället.

Bedroom 1: Double bed (1x180cm mattress) Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (105cm lower, 80 upper) Bedroom 3: Bunk bed (105cm lower, 80 upper) Bedroom 4: Double bed 180cm (or 2 Singel beds)
Bedroom 5: 2 Single beds 90cm (or one Double bed)

🛏 Sheets & towels can be rented for an additional cost.

🚾 Two bathrooms.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower & sauna.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower & washing machine

Amenities:
Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area for 10 people. Coffee maker & coffee machine (Nescafé Dolce Gusto). Dishwasher & microwave. Wood-burning stove & underfloor heating.
Wifi, 60 inch HD smart TV in living room, flat screen TV on upper floor (bedroom 5), Bluetooth speaker.

👶 A baby travel cot, a high baby chair & a junior chair are available.

☀️ Large balcony with perfect sun exposure, here you will find a dining set. The terrace at the entrance with a dining set, sun loungers and a charcoal grill.
🎿Ski storage is available next to the entrance.
🚗 Parking with space for 2 cars, one of which has an engine heater
