House in Åre Björnen with ski-in/ski-out access

Welcome to Björnen/Björnängelägret! Here you will stay in your own house with direct access to Åre’s ski area, with the Björnen ski slope and Björnen lift right outside. The 111 sqm house is arranged over two floors and features two bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room.

On the entrance floor, you are welcomed into a small hallway with tiled flooring, adjacent to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, as well as a full-size refrigerator and freezer. The dining table seats 8 people.

Also on the entrance floor is a WC with toilet and washbasin. Next to it is a separate bathroom with a shower, washbasin and sauna. Last but not least, there is a separate utility/ski entrance with tiled flooring and space for hanging and storing outdoor clothing. This room also serves as a laundry room and is equipped with a washing machine and drying cabinet.

Upstairs, you will find the living room and two bedrooms. The living room has a 145 cm wide sofa bed that can be made up when needed, as well as a TV. Bedroom 1 is the larger bedroom and is furnished with one 180 cm double bed and two separate 90 cm single beds, accommodating a total of 4 people. Bedroom 2 is the smaller bedroom and is furnished with a 160 cm double bed.

The landlord has access to and uses the garage section of the house, but the living area available to guests is still 111 sqm.

The house is equipped with a high chair as well as a Tripp Trapp chair. Bed linen and towels can be rented for SEK 175 per person.

All guests must be at least 25 years old. This age restriction does not apply to children and young adults staying with a parent or legal guardian.
