Welcome to our summer house. A unique sea location on the west side of Valleviken with wonderful sunsets and sun all day. The privacy-protected plot is 3,000 square meters in size with beautiful orchards, roses, meadows and windswept pines. Just 2 minutes away by a small path there is a beautiful to swim with barbecue facilities.

There is a large house with 2 sun decks. Here we have a kitchen, bathroom, living room and 3 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds.

Adjacent with privacy from the main house is a guest house with its own terrace. Here there is a room with a double bed and space for storage.
