Lovely rooftop terrace with panoramic views over the Gullmarn fjord, patio with gas grill, swim pond with waterfall and koi fish, and a hot tub.
4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms.
1 bathroom with double showers, 1 guest toilet, and one additional toilet currently under renovation. The toilet and double sink in this bathroom can still be used, but not the shower.
Quiet street just a stone’s throw from Kungstorget and Sommargatan in the town center, with restaurants and shops nearby. The ICA grocery store is 150 meters away.
Wi-Fi and 4 TVs, 2 of which are in the “children’s rooms” if you want to bring video games for the kids.
Restoration of some interior surfaces (after water damage) will begin later. Until then, we've hung fabric to create a cozy atmosphere :) Nothing that affects functionality.
We prefer to rent to responsible couples or families. Pets are not allowed due to allergies. Guests are expected to clean before departure.
Weekly rentals only, Sunday to Sunday.

Ett boende med lyxkänsla som rekommenderas varmt! Stort hus med härliga ytor att umgås på. Nära till affärer och restauranger. Rent och fint och fantastiskt bemötande av värdparet Andrea och Geir Henning! Den pågående renoveringen efter en vattenskada var verkligen inget som påverkade boendet.
Den fina uteterassen med baddamm och så fina fiskar att mata och ta hand om var verkligen pricken över i’et!
Ska ni hyra något i Lysekil så är det det här stället!

Hade en jättefin vecka i detta hus. Värdarna var fantastiskt hjälpsamma och bra, allt från att ha tät telefonkontakt vid frågor från oss och hjälpsamma om npgot hände. Hälsningar fan Andersson från Pixbo
