The apartment/studio is on the second floor of a detached house with open plan in a scenic forest environment, right next to the sea.
Large kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle.
Bathroom with shower, washing machine and toilet.
Air conditioning available.

Dining table with 6 chairs, high chair and cot can be arranged on request (please inform when booking).

South-facing terrace (sea view) with table and chairs and large parasol and access to electric grill.
Beautiful surroundings with several walking trails and the possibility of renting a boat and canoe.

The property also has an owner's residence that may be occupied at times.

We have our own jetty for lovely sea bathing and there is also garden furniture, a pavilion and a small sandy beach.

Mönsteråsviken offers fantastic fishing opportunities and the area where we live is very popular with recreational fishermen throughout the year as fishing is allowed.

Smaller boat with motor and canoe are available for rent

Non-smoking and no animals are allowed due to allergy-friendly accommodation.

In case of inadequate cleaning, a charge of 2000:-

4000 SEK / short week (Thursday - Sunday)
7000 SEK / week (low season)
10500 SEK / week (high season: June, July and August)
During high season we only rent out whole weeks
(Saturday-Saturday)
