On the south east coast of Gotland, you’ll find this quaint traditional lime stone cottage Roes, with remnants from the mid 19th century.
With its secluded location, it is close to both a nature reserve and beach. Perfect for both nature lovers as kids families.

The cottage is a two story house with a total of 6 beds divided amongst 4 bedrooms.
Downstairs you’ll find one bedroom, a washroom, living room (with working fire place), kitchen and the old “brewhouse” connected to the kitchen, with another working fireplace and a big dining area.

The top floor houses three bedrooms and a common area.

The kitchen is original from the 60’s.
Shower and washing machine are located in a separate building on the grounds.

The garden is big and generous with a lot of open space and a restored old ruin where you can enjoy breakfast surrounded by thriving grape vine and flowers.

The cottage is let weekly, Saturdays to Saturdays.
