Welcome to our newly built home with a private pool, located close to the sea for a relaxing coastal getaway.
From the kitchen you'll have access to a beautiful pool area with a spacious wooden deck, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue—perfect for enjoying long summer evenings. There's also a lovely patio just outside the kitchen where you can enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast.

The house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a cozy, fully equipped kitchen with a large island that's perfect for cooking and gathering with family and friends. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace and large windows overlooking the pool and garden, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.

Start your day with a refreshing swim at Fågelviken Beach, just a short walk away. It's also only a few minutes' walk to the harbor and the charming Mölle Pottery. Kullaberg Nature Reserve begins just behind our house, offering fantastic opportunities for hiking and exploring the beautiful surroundings.

We live on the property year-round and are happy to help if you have any questions during your stay. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets, as several members of our family have allergies.
