Location: Dalsland. The cottage is located overlooking Lake Upperudshöljen by the Dalsland Canal and the aqueduct in Håverud. There is a detached conservatory and a lawn facing south.

Size: 69+ 29 m2 which includes the main entrance and kitchen entrance, kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet and shower cabin. 1 shower room with washing machine.

The conservatory has a nice view of the lake with space for a dining table and 6 chairs. Ideal for a family. There is no access to swimming in Upperudshöljen at the cottage.

Standard: Normal standard where the kitchen, laundry room, bedroom and living room are renovated during 2023/24/25. TV connected to Chrome Cast, 4G+ available.

Location: The cottage is located overlooking the water and a 10-minute walk to Dalslands Center which has a quay for boat trips and a walkway to the Canal Museum and Håverud Aqueduct. There is also tourist information, shops, cafés, and restaurants during the summer and high season. Dalsland Art Museum is nearby. If you want to cycle, there are many small and large roads to choose from and the area is characterized by rolling nature with beautiful forests, meadows and water. The Pilgrims' Trail, a 100 kilometer hiking trail between Vänersborg, Mellerud, Bengtsfors and Åmål, is found in the area.

It is possible to rent boats and canoes in the area.

For those who want to see more of the surroundings, Bus 720 operates the route Håverud-Mellerud, about 16 kilometers. The bus stops at several stops near the cottage, including Håverud Herrgård and Håverud Viaduct.

Animals and smoking: Not allowed.

Departure cleaning: The cottage and the conservatory are left tidy and clean before departure. Cleaning materials/tools and an instruction can be found in the shower/washing room. An alternative to the cleaning job is a prepaid cash deposit which is reimbursed if not needed.
