Welcome to our property with a fantastic location by Lake Messlingen, with views towards mountain peaks to the south and west.
In Messlingen there is a self-service store open 24/7. Lovely hiking trails and fishing.
House of 100m² together with a small cottage of 6m² and a storage with an earth-closet. Boathouse with an extended patio. Canadian canoe and a rowing boat included.
The house consists of an all-purpose room and a dining room in an open plan with an open fireplace, and seating for 8 persons, a work kitchen, and three bedrooms.
One bedroom with a double bed. Two bedrooms with bunk beds, and one bunk bed in the small cottage.
In the all-purpose room there is a TV, DVD-player, suite and 2 Lamino armchairs. In the dining room, two Ikea armchairs as in the upper hallway.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer (small) (an extra freezer available in the storage) cooker, micro, coffee percolator and an electric kettle, waffle iron, electric hand mixer, toaster.
Washroom with shower and washing machine.
Sauna and electric stove.
Separate toilet with "Villa Separett Dry Toilet".
Earth-closet in the storage.

Vi har haft en fanatisk vecka i den här stugan! Fantastiskt vackert och tyst läge. Vi var två barnfamiljer som både cyklade och vandrade i området och hade stugan som bas. Vi nyttjade också både båten, kanoten och bryggan för massor av svalkande bad. Vi återkommer gärna hit. Personlig stuga och trevlig värd!

Jättefin stuga, underbart ensamt beläget på en liten udde. Fantastisk utsikt över sjön från 3 sidor av huset. Stugan har ett mycket mysigt vardagsrum, som erbjuder tillräckligt med möjligheter för hela familjen att njuta och läsa och koppla av på en bred soffa och flera fåtöljer. Den sprakande öppna spisen gör det ännu mysigare...
Köket har allt du behöver, så att du kan laga fina rätter för hela familjen. Bastun är i gott skick och ligger i huset. Därifrån tar du några steg ner till sjön för att ta ett svalkande bad. Huset erbjuder också en roddbåt och en kanot för att upptäcka sjön och det omgivande området.
Husägaren Anki är lätt att nå, svarar snabbt och är till stor hjälp.
Överallt ett underbart fritidshus för att koppla av och bara vara, långt borta från det hektiska livet.
