House of 100m² together with a small cottage of 6m² and a storage with an earth-closet. Boathouse with an extended patio. Canadian canoe and a rowing boat included.
The house consists of an all-purpose room and a dining room in an open plan with an open fireplace, and seating for 8 persons, a work kitchen, and three bedrooms.
One bedroom with a double bed. Two bedrooms with bunk beds, and one bunk bed in the small cottage.
In the all-purpose room there is a TV, DVD-player, suite and 2 Lamino armchairs. In the dining room, two Ikea armchairs as in the upper hallway.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer (small) (an extra freezer available in the storage) cooker, micro, coffee percolator and an electric kettle, waffle iron, electric hand mixer, toaster.
Washroom with shower and washing machine.
Sauna and electric stove.
Separate toilet with "Villa Separett Dry Toilet".
Earth-closet in the storage.
