Apartment in Funasdalen - ski in / ski out

Newly built (2023) apartment with ski in/ski out in the Kåvan area, Funäsdalen. Funäsparken with jumps and rails is right next door. You can reach fine cross-country skiing trails along Ljusnan and on Röstberget within walking distance.

Perfect location to discover the entire Funäsfjällen, as the lift pass for downhill skiing also includes Tänndalen and Ramundberget (which can be reached in 20 minutes by car). Funäsdalen's shops and restaurants are only a few minutes away by car.

The apartment is well planned for a family:

- Open floor plan between kitchen and living room. The kitchen is well equipped with a waffle iron, toaster, coffee machine, etc.
- 5 beds divided into 2 bedrooms (Bedroom 1: 160cm bed, Bedroom 2: Bunk bed of 140cm + 120cm)
- Spacious hall with good storage and drying cabinet
- Lockable ski storage just outside the entrance
- Wall-mounted boot storage with ceramic 'heating sticks' for wet boots/shoes
- Private parking close to the house, of which there is a charging station for electric cars.
- WC & shower as well as sauna and washing machine/dryer
- WiFi
- TV with Chromecast

As we do not have the possibility to physically be on site after every rental, we hire an external cleaning company after each rental. This is to ensure that all guests are satisfied. The price is SEK 800. This cost is added to the rental fee regardless of the number of days rented.
