We rent out our house during the summer. It is located in a quiet and family‑friendly neighborhood by the sea in Visby.
The garden features a lawn, fruit trees, and flowers, and is equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
The house is just 200 meters from a seaside swimming area with a pier. During the summer there is also a beachfront restaurant with an ice cream kiosk, as well as a hotel with a pool (pool access for a fee).
600 meters to the south you will find Visby’s medieval city wall and historic inner city. Just behind the house is Galgberget and its surrounding nature areas.
The house is 120 m² over two floors and offers 5–6 beds.
Ground floor: entrance hall, kitchen, living room, and bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upper floor: three bedrooms (one is a walk‑through room) and a toilet.
Bedroom 1: double bed (210 cm)
Bedroom 2: two beds (120 cm and 90 cm)
Bedroom 3: one bed (140 cm)
An extra 90 cm bed is available if desired
The house is suitable for families with small children.
