Summer house by sea

Lovely summerhouse just 3 mins walk down to the sea in a very quiet area with lovely cliffs, a tiny beach and very clean water. The house contains of a dubble bedroom and a sleeping loft with 2 beds. Modern shower room with a washingmashine and a well equiped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable holiday, but no dishwasher, Livingroom with two sofas, TV and Wifi. The garden consists of a large lawn ( there is a robot lawnmower) and a big decked area with table and 6 chairs ( the table seats about 10) , 2 sunloungers and a BBQ. There is also a smaller house in the garden with 4 beds (2 bunkbeds). This house has heating but no water. There is parking space for 2 cars. A mixture of garden games and buckets and fishingrods for crabfishing is available. There is a small football pitch and boule court a short walk away. The nearest shop is about 15 min by car and Lysekil and Smögen ca 40 min by car. The Preem raff can be seen from the shore.
