Tiny house on Gotland

Swedish island Gotland. (Sweden's sunny island)
Suitable for up to 2 adults with a maximum of 2 small children.
Gotland has the most hours of sunshine in Sweden!
From the beginning of May until well into October there are beautiful sunny days and mild temperatures!
Fantastically located guesthouse on a hill at the edge of the forest and 700m from the white sandy beach by the sea.
The small holiday home consists of a bathroom, kitchen with living room and sleeping loft (loft). The house is connected to the city's sewage system and has a regular toilet in the bathroom. (not a dry toilet)! It is fully equipped and furnished. Washing machine, shower, towels, bed linen, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, kettle, coffee maker, satellite TV, terrace with parasol, table and chairs. Also outside: 1 two-part shed,
where 2 adult bicycles and a barbecue are available.
Natural garden, no lawn from summer onwards as it is not mowed!
WiFi flat rate!
Don't forget non-smoking house and no animals!
Ljugarn is located in the east 45 km from the capital Visby.
The holiday home is about 600-700m from the beach.
The beach is quickly reached on a path behind the house through the forest or on short paths.
The grocery store is within walking distance.
There is everything you need for life there.

Getting there:
Germany to Sweden with TT-Line, Finnlines or Stenaline. (Tip: only book all ferries directly with the supplier!)

The ferries go to Nynäshamn, Oskarshamn or Västervik (summer).

There is a flight to Stockholm (Arlanda) and then on to Visby
Cheap alternative:
Fly to Stockholm and then take the bus to the ferry (Nynäshamn).
Ferry to Visby and from there taxi or bus to Stockholm (Arlanda) with SAS and from there various flights to Visby. In the village there is a small harbor, a grocery store and
a small holiday home located about 600-700m from the beach.
The beach is quickly reached on a path behind the house, through the forest or on short paths.
The grocery store is within walking distance.
There is everything you need for life there.
Otherwise there are restaurants, bakeries, pizzerias, kiosks and a beach café with mini golf.
The bakery, gas station and grocery store are open all year round.
In Brunna Dörren (larger inn) there are a few bands with changing music in the summer.
Less than 20m from the house, lots of raspberries and blackberries grow in the summer.

World Heritage: Hanseatic city of Visby; Kneippbyn: Amusement park (the real Villa Kunterbunt from the Pippi Longstocking films is located there) A large part of the Pippi Longstocking films was filmed on Gotland. There is a cave in the northwest and the island of Fårö in northern Gotland. Katthammarsvik: Oldest fish smokehouse with restaurant by the water. In July-August there are lots of raspberries and blackberries around the house.

The minimum rental period is 7 days.
Arrival day during high season is Saturday July/August at 2:00 PM.
Departure day during high season is Saturday July/August at 11:00 AM.
Final cleaning must be done by yourself!
