On the Skånska plains is Sungård, where we rent out our west wing, suitable for families up to five people. Wifi included. The half-timbered house, which was built in 1867, enhances the feeling of a real Skånegård together with the view of the undulating landscape.
Here you live in the countryside with minimal traffic and animals in the mix. Own patio with chairs table and grill. Please note that this accommodation is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 3 children as there is a double bed (180cm) and a single bed (90cm) as well as a sofa bed (140cm unfolded)
Lower floor:
*Sofa bed 140x210.
*43" TV with Apple TV.
*Bathroom with toilet and shower cubicle.
*Well-equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, stove/oven, Micro and coffee maker, table and chairs.
Upstairs: (Steep stairs)
A room with a double bed 180x210 and a single bed 90x210.
Kind animals are warmly welcome but are kept outside on a leash.
The farm is perfectly located for those who want to experience the different parts of Skåne and fantastic excursion destinations:

Fräscht och mycket lugnt boende i trevlig lantlig miljö till en prisvärd kostnad. Välutrustad, trivsamt möblerad och funktionell stuga. Passade oss som par utmärkt och troligtvis även för en familj. Det var underbart att sitta på uteplatsen kvällstid, det enda som hördes var vindens sus. Läget i Skåne är centralt om man vill utforska alla delar av landskapet. Trevligt bemötande från hyresvärd som var mycket lätt att få kontakt med. Rekommenderas varmt. Marie och Sven, Storvreta

De frågor jag hade innan besöket besvarades snabbt och de var aldrig några problem med att kontakta dem.
Vi blev varmt välkomnade av värden och de som stod i annonsen stämde överens med hur verkligheten var. Dock stod de inget om en grind, men de fanns på ovanvåningen så man inte ramlar ner i trappan på natten.
Det är väldigt lugnt och tyst, fanns inte ens en tupp som gal!
Trädgården var perfekt för kubb/fotboll mm.
Vi var 5 personer så vardagsrummet blev ett sovrum, är man färre får man ett vardagsrum istället.
Köket var rymligt och de fanns en riktig spis/ugn och en halv kyl/frys. I vanliga fall brukar de vara en liten minikyl med frysfack så detta var ett plus!
Stugan kändes fräsch och var smakfullt inredd.
För oss som inte har så stor semesterbudget så gav detta oss väldigt mycket för pengarna och både vi och barnen vill dit igen, trotts att tonårsbarnen fick dela rum!
Så vi rekommendera varmt detta ställe.
