The house is located in a quiet area with a 10-minute walk to Tofta beach, which is Gotland's finest sandy beach. There is a pool, beach club, paddle tennis, restaurants, shop, bar etc.

Tofta strand is one of Gotland's most beautiful and absolutely the best swimming beaches on Gotland. With its three kilometers of sandy beach that stretches from southern Tofta to Gnisvärd's fishing village in the north, it has everything you could wish for and a little more. On the southern part of the beach, the pace is faster, with more activities, eating places and happenings. The further north you get on the beach, the pace slows down and you can find the Gotland tranquility even in high season. If you get tired of sunbathing and swimming, there are plenty of activities around, such as paddleboarding, kitesurfing, beach volleyball, tennis and mini golf, not to mention the lovely forest that spreads out with nice paths and walking paths.
