🏡 The lovingly renovated house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. With four bedrooms and a total of 12 cozy beds, it’s ideal for larger groups – best suited for 8 adults plus children. Whether you’re planning a weekend getaway or a longer holiday, this is the perfect place to gather family and friends.
☀️ The spacious terrace invites you to relax and enjoy time together from early morning until late evening. Outdoors, there is plenty of space for rest, play, and activities for all ages. In the barn, you’ll also find a ping-pong table and some workout equipment – perfect for a bit of fun or exercise, no matter the weather.
🌲 With nature right outside your door, it’s not uncommon to see deer, hares, foxes, and sometimes even moose wandering across the fields or forest edge.

🔻 Safety
🔹 Smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and fire escape ladder are available in the house.
🔹 Use the pizza oven and grill with care.
🔹 Use of exercise and play equipment is at your own risk.
🔹 Areas marked Private are not accessible to guests.
🔻 Electricity & Costs
Electricity is not included in the rent and will be charged at 2.50 SEK/kWh upon check-out. By using electricity thoughtfully, you contribute to both lower costs and more sustainable energy use on the property.
🔻 Cleaning
We kindly ask guests to clean before departure – detailed cleaning instructions are provided on-site.
If you prefer, final cleaning can be booked at a cost of 2,500 SEK.
Even with booked cleaning, we kindly ask you to: wash dishes and tidy up, empty the trash, return furniture to its place, and leave the house in an orderly condition.

Sort waste according to the instructions in the kitchen.
🔻 Bed Linen & Towels
Bed linen (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent. Please bring your own if possible. If not, they can be rented for 200 SEK/person.
When rented, guests make their own beds and upon departure leave used bed linen and towels in the laundry room. For everyone’s comfort and hygiene, the use of bed linen is mandatory.

Trevligt hus med bra standard. Vi var 12 stycken och vi kände att det var bra med utrymme för alla.
Ladan var över förväntan med diverse aktiviteter som vi flitigt använde varje dag.
Hade det funnits någon typ av pool till barnen så hade det varit kanon.

Agneta och Thomas är helt otroliga värdar - så snälla och välkomnande. Vi var fyra familjer, åtta vuxna och sex barn mellan 3 och 8 år och trivdes hur bra som helst på Björkbacken. Det fanns något att göra för alla barn i alla åldrar och vi vuxna fick umgås i lugn och ro bland skogar och ängar. Alldeles underbart och vi kommer gärna tillbaka. Tack för oss!

Mycket trevliga och välkomnande värdar som gav oss information om den fantastiska gården när vi kom.
Underbart hus som var rent och fräscht. Härlig stor uteplats med grill och pizzaugn som vi alla blev mycket positiva över. Hagar med kor som var väldigt nyfikns.
I den mysigt inredda ladan kunde barnen aktiveras med pingisspel, basketspel, innebandy m.m. Ute fanns fotboll, studsmatta, crocket m.m.
Fantastiskt ställe både för aktivitet och avkoppling.
