Access to a large garden with its own paved patio with the possibility of barbecues and ping-pong tournaments. 4 single beds, of which 2 on the upper floor and 2 on the entrance floor where there is also a sleeping loft with 1 bed. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle and fully equipped kitchen. In the living room there is a large smart TV and wifi throughout the house. Newly renovated bathroom, tiled with shower.
The house has a large bright and pleasant kitchen with a kitchen island and open plan to the living room. From the kitchen/living room there is a double patio door out to the stone area.
Extra services such as rental of sheets, towels and cleaning are available if desired. One parking space is at your disposal.
Check-in takes place after 15:00, check-out by 10:00 at the latest. Exchange takes place on Sundays.

Vi trivdes väl i detta gårdshus. För oss två vuxna ett mycket rymligt boende. Vi uppskattade det lugna läget och promenadavståndet till innerstaden.
Köket modernt och mycket välutrustat, ingenting fattades för den dagliga matlagningen. Stor TV och trevlig soffa. Tyvärr gjorde vädret att vi inte kunde nyttja den fina terrassen men väl njuta av den prunkande trädgården. Okomplicerad nyckelöverlämning och en tillmötesgående värd. Vi skulle inte tveka att boka igen.

Det var mycket livlig trafik som var mest störande i rummet mot gatan (ingen isolering?) rummet var också väldig kallt. Elen var lite skum lampor släcktes och tändes. Det saknades brandvarnare.
I övrigt var det trevligt hus med fin uteplats, övervåningen hade ett fint sovrum med gott om plats.

Tack för dina kommentarer. Vill dock poängtera att det finns 2 stycken brandvarnare och element även i det putsade stenhuset. Vi är ledsna för att en LED-lampa gick sönder (blinkade) under er vistelse. Lampan är nu utbytt.

Fantastisk vecka bra boende o tillmötesgående värdinna…städningen var inte på plus…
Lite ”skavanker ” här o där trädgårdsmöbler o toalock inte sittvänliga…
Lite mörkt på altanen på kvällen då belysning saknades…
Närheten till Visby stadskärna plus i kanten…

Var på Gotland i nästan tre veckor och vi hade en super tid!! Boendet var på ett utmärkt läge, nära och bra till Visby innerstad och affärer. Ca 10 min promenad till ringmuren. Fint litet hus med en jätteskön uteplats och trädgård. Våra hundar älskade det! Bra möjligheter till att grilla och i huset fanns allt man behöver för att laga mat.

Bra kontakt med ägaren! Fantastiskt lägen med närhet in till innerstaden och ringmuren. Städningen kunde varit bättre och ordningen i trädgården om man känner att man vill nyttja denna.
