Modern cottage in Furuboda

The cottage is located in Furuboda, with nature as its closest neighbor and proximity to the sea and sandy beach.

It is a modern cottage built in 2008, covering 35 square meters. It has a living area with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. In the living area, there is a sofa bed, dining area, and an open-plan kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and a combined washing machine/dryer. The bedroom has 4 beds (two bunk beds). Pillows and comforters are provided for five people; you need to bring your own linens and towels. The cottage features a spacious wooden deck facing west and south, furnished with chairs and a table, as well as a charcoal grill. The large natural plot of 1700 square meters is shared with a larger house. To the south, west, and north, there are fields, meadows, and forests. The sunset from the deck is magnificent. Guests have access to a tennis court about 2 km to the south. The distance to the sea is approximately 900 meters.

In the area, there are lovely walking trails with meadows, pine forests, sand dunes, and a mile-long sandy beach, which is part of the Friseboda nature reserve. The cottage is about 100 meters from a bus stop with buses running every hour to Åhus and Kristianstad. A short walk from the cottage is Furuboda community college , which has a cafeteria and playground. In the other direction lies charming Darins, offering coffee and ice cream sales by the Helge River. Shops are a short drive (10-15 minutes) from the cottage in Åhus, Degeberga, and Brösarp.

Cleaning is not included. The rental property must be left in a clean and acceptable condition upon departure. The cottage is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.

Prices range between 500 and 600 euro/week depending on the season. Shorter or longer stays can be arranged by agreement.
