The house is built in a traditional style, with bricks from the old Höganäs factory. It is perfectly located, close to “Salthallarna,” an exciting, redeveloped, slightly industrial area offering shopping, food, restaurants, a bakery, ice cream, and a local brewery. In the other direction is the art center, “Blå hallen,” which hosts beautiful and unique exhibitions every summer.

From the house, everything is within walking distance—swimming, city life, culture, shops, and restaurants. The house has a very private, quiet, and lush garden, well shielded from view. Sit under the apple trees and relax, take an outdoor shower in the garden next to the tall Chinese bamboo, or read a book on the couch and just take it easy.

Höganäs is very close to the dramatic and unique Kullaberg. Kullaberg and the village of Mölle offer hiking, outdoor activities, cycling, golf, exciting swimming spots, and restaurants.
