A unique little cottage with charm, lovely outdoor space, large plot with a quiet and and an unobtrusively wonderful location located on the northern tip of Ramsvikslandet with a wonderful view of the sea and the beautiful Bohuslänska archipelago. Near the coastal pearls Hunnebostrand, Bovallstrand, Smögen and Kungshamn.
Ramsvik is a nature reserve and here are beautiful hiking trails right outside the door.
Rock bath and bathing area is about 150 meters walk as well as sandy beach, mini market, restaurant and Boat, SUP, pedal boat and kayak rental 800 meters. Go up the mountain next to the house and you will see the Väderöarna as well as fantastic sunsets if the weather allows. Great opportunities for fishing along the cliffs.
Nearby activities are Nordens Ark, Sotenäs Golfklubb & Havets Hus in Lysekil.
